The Changemaker Program

Free 5-month program to empower you with the network and knowledge you need to launch a successful business in Norway. Our next program will be from January to June 2025.

Who is the program for?

• Immigrants in Oslo and Østfold who want to start a business and meet the following criteria:

• A strong drive and interest in entrepreneurship

• A passion to creating an impactful and sustainable business

• Have an open mind and willingness to learn

• Have resilience and adaptability 

• Have good written and verbal communication skills 

• Have good digital skills (Google Drive/Meet/Doc/Sheet, Zoom, Microsoft Office)

• Have a residence permit in Norway that allows you to work and start a business

• The program is suitable for those who are in an early stage and want to test their ideas.

• You must be able to attend at least 80% of our workshops. There will be 2-3 workshops per week and most workshops will be between 17.00-20.00 CET. 

What is the application process?

• The deadline to apply is 20 December 2024 23:59 CET. However, we evaluate applications on a rolling basis and encourage you to apply early to secure your spot. 

• Fill in the application form. If you are shortlisted, you will be selected for an interview. Interview will be digital and happen between 1 November 2024 and 5 January 2025.

• For those who are selected:

  • First offer round: 1-10 December 2024

  • Second offer round: 5-15 January 2025

  • Onboarding: 16-23 January 2025

  • Program starts 27 January 2025
