Why get involved?
CHARGE is backed by well-known Nordic partners, but we want to further scale our impact and we look to grow our network. Charge has a great challenge, supporting and developing start-ups led by founders with immigrant backgrounds, and we need your talent, expertise and network to support them overcome barriers and unlock their potential.
Our project not only seeks social impact through the inclusion and democratization of entrepreneurial opportunities, but also seeks to add value to the Norwegian ecosystem through diversity and innovation.
Mentors
We are always on the lookout for volunteer mentors who can give of their own time to our founders within different areas such as business development, marketing and communications, sales, technology, HR and IP.
Mentoring with Charge also provides the opportunity to learn about new markets and industries with a strong focus on social impact, as well as learn about new cultures and grow your international network.
The commitment is flexible, but we require that you give a minimum of 5 hours to be onboarded as a mentor in our program. Once you start to collaborate with a mentee, you can define together how and when you can meet based on your availability.
